Paul Clancy has had a lifelong fascination for magic. He first learned a magic trick at the age of 14 from a book from his local library and that started a never ending thirst to perform magic like the great David Nixon and today's Paul Daniels. But of course, magic is a hobby, not a job - or so his family said - so Paul became a policeman!
The lure of magic never left him and, in his spare time, Paul developed his expertise with close up magic that soon had friends begging him to entertain at their parties.After 30 Years with Essex Police, Paul retired to become a full time magician. "That's thirty five years practice, so I ought to be good by now," he says with a smile. With bookings quickly filling his diary - you can be sure the practice has paid off!
